Brief Information about the Unit

The Personnel Management Department is a structural subdivision of Semey Medical University, NCJSC.

Tasks, functions:

  • Ensuring the staffing of the university with the staff of the teaching staff, employees and workers of the required qualifications and specialties;
  • Systematic verification of the placement and use, management and other employees of the University by position;
  • Analysis and generalization of the results of work with personnel, and submission of proposals to the Chairman of the Board- Rector of the University;
  • Making proposals to the university management on strengthening the personnel of individual departments.

  • Keeps records of the personnel of the University, its divisions in accordance with the unified forms of primary accounting documentation;
  • Prepares the admission, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with labor legislation, regulations and orders of the Chairman of the Board – Rector, as well as other established personnel documentation;
  • Forms and maintains personal files of employees, makes changes to them related to work;
  • Prepares the necessary materials for qualification, certification, competition commissions and submission of employees to incentives and awards.

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree.

Zhanerke Adiletovna Aniyarova

  • Performs work on staffing the organization with the required professions, specialties and qualifications;
  • Participates in the work on the hiring, selection and replacement of personnel;
  • Conducts the study and analysis of the official and professional qualification structure of the University staff and its departments, established personnel accounting documentation related to the admission, transfer, employment and dismissal of employees, the results of employee certification and assessment of their business qualities in order to determine the current and future need for personnel;
  • Prepares proposals for filling vacant positions and creating a reserve for nomination;
  • Participates in the study of the labor market to determine the sources of satisfying the need for personnel, establishing and maintaining direct links with educational institutions, contacts with organizations of a similar profile.

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree – Shakarim University.
