Distance learning in the 4th year takes place according to the schedule and thematic plan of the discipline. The structure of classes in the 4th year consists of two parts: theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part of the lesson the topic is analyzed using the CBL methodology. The practical part is aimed at developing communication, practical skills and clinical thinking skills. The practical part of the lesson is implemented through the use of simulation, role-playing games. Students prepare simulation scenarios according to the nosologies of the thematic plan. In the video conference mode on the Zoom platform, students simulate a clinical situation. Students are evaluated based on a check-list, in conclusion the role – playing game is discussed, feedback is given, and a rating is given. The use of role-playing games and simulations of clinical cases is a stage in preparing students for the summative exam.
